Sells you faulty stuff and then won’t return your money. They are just trying to rip people off.I had brought some side skirts in the past, which I took to a panel beater and he couldn’t use them as all the tab had been broken when they had taken them off the donor car. Then recently I decided to give them a second chance and grab an alternator off them. On purchase I was told that it had been tested and was in working condition. I then get it installed for the car to still not start, I get rac to come out and they tell me the alternator is dead. I then return the alternator and they tell me that because it was cleaner looking they thought it would work. They then hand me over this alternator that is covered in engine oil which I shouldn’t of taken but they tell me it’s definitely working. Once again it gets installed and won’t start. I get rac out again and get told the alternator is dead. I then had buy a brand new alternator and fit that. I go to return it and they trying to tell me the first alternator wasn’t the one they sold me, which it was and they had taken it the first time. They’re just looking for an way to rip people off. I would recommend looking elsewhere to get your parts as they sell parts that ain’t useable.

They were able to supply a used transmission in a very prompt manner to get me back on the road as soon as possible.

Unfortunately once the deal was signed, the smiles and service ended. Extended warranty is useless and they haven’t been helpful with any issues with the car in the warranty period.

Very rude service from PARVI the sales girl… she has no manners arrogant and condescending…Also this dealership is very expensive as well…!!Will never return with any of my cars… I now get my vehicles serviced by MB Star in Balcatta where they are polite professional honest and well priced…

As you can gather by the post I haven't one of my car's is a magnet.Finding parts for that very hard and some areas other than going to people's places in knocking on the doors of an old BOM sitting in the driveway.I'm putting you don't know what you got to come up with against when you walk into somebody's door.So going to the wreckers I find is a lot more appropriate yes you pay a bit more but still you don't have the hassles of people their customer service is very light if they haven't got the part they'll track it down and get get it up for you from interstate.Some of the parts like for example Sako tractor manifold Mitsubishi wanted an arm and a leg for it where is Magna wreckers only a foot lol.So if you got a Magna ideal place to go check it out.

I booked for my 30000km car service selected John Hughes Wangara and I requested update my car GPS. I received email said that they can't do GPS update at Wangara, most be at Welshpool. So I have to drive from Ellenbrook to Welshpool.When I arrived the lady told me that they can't update the GPS. I wasn't happy.I sat down at the place about 2 hours waited.I asked the receptionist do you have any water here?She responded; the water is in the fridge!I said; there is no water in the fridge. And she responded; if no water in the fridge which mean finish ! "How rude she was!This is the third times I been there. I am not happy about the service at all and they can't update my GPS !"

Overall a very good team of guys who try their best to help you out with your Ford parts requirements. Occasionally they will be unable to fix a problem with a part, or replace it but will offer money back in such cases. I have sourced leather seats, ICC, transmissions, engine parts and more with generally good results. The team also have good mechanical capabilities to help with any electronic parts coupling to your Fords body control module and CAN BUS system.
