Paid straight up for the part to be ordered in was told will be Monday morning. No contact so we called to see and John the salesmen was horrible to my partner on the phone and then later to me. The part we got them to order was broken and they were happy to sell it to me with John not even inspecting the parts to let us know they were broken. We travelled over an hour to get these parts for them to be broken and horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Walked in and took a while to get any service and when I did the bloke was really grumpy and wasn't very willing to assist. The front counter area is really dark and dingey which made it hard to inspect parts that I was collecting. Parts were also quite expensive but a fair drive to grab stuff from another wrecker.Will look elsewhere first next time.

I had written off my ute and would have been happy to have someone tow it away from my house! Not only did they do that, they also gave me $2000!!!! That was a pleasant surprise!

I was after a Nissan Murano driver window main switch and they had the part.It would be nice if the reception can help customers to fix simple items like this or they have some simple tools such as a flat head screw driver so one can borrow when replacing an item and testing it.Items come with a 6-month warranty which is very valuable and peace of mind.

Absolutely useless wrecker worst around Perth called about a part advertised on Facebook marketplace which stated in the add to make sure it was available was no problem still available got it put aside, 30 minute drive there to find out they just sold it! 1 hour round trip for nothing!

I can understand the customer service issue in all other reviews.. Unfortunately it is very common in wrecking industry... However to be truthful i got a good service and best of all they refund money if you have the receipt and as it was product.

Enquired about a part over the phone and they confirmed they had it in stock and I was told to wait for a call back for when to collect. I waited several days for a call back which never came. Went into the shop to enquire and waited 20 mins to be told that they couldn’t find the part which was “right here”.
